Snack Bar / Grill by day and Italian Restaurant by night, the Tentazione offers a wide variety of snacks and grilled food items to guests at the pool during the day, and rolls out the premium service for an open-air seating Italian cuisine for the evening hours. A deep appreciation for Italian cuisine inspired this restaurant and the equally creative Chef creates delicious authentic delicacies that provide a divine dining experience. Salads, antipastos and sinful desserts complete the menu and romance is all but guaranteed when dining under the stars and being embraced by the warm tropical breeze.

Skytop Jacuzzi Lounge and Bar
Desire's notorious roof-top, clothing-optional Jacuzzi Lounge and Bar features a 30-person hot tub finished in bright blue hues of Venetian tile, the color of the Caribbean Sea, on one side of the Lounge, flowing into the earth-tones of the Mayan jungle, on the other. At the perimeter of the Jacuzzi is a circular, tempered-crystal, "see-and-be-seen" open-air shower, offering a 360° view of the entire Lounge and stunning vistas stretching from the turquoise sea to the lush, enveloping jungle.
